The ClimateCAP Initiative, led by Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in partnership with 48 other business schools, reached over 3,000 MBA students around the globe in 2024-2025. ClimateCAP’s mission is to prepare tomorrow’s business leaders—today’s MBA students—to understand and respond to the climate challenge. Programming this year included a new three-day virtual workshop called ClimateCATALYST, which gave incoming MBA students across universities a foundational learning, networking and career development experience focused on climate and business. Over 500 students from 80 different MBA programs registered to participate in the first year of the program. In February 2025, ClimateCAP also coordinated the sixth annual ClimateCAP MBA Summit. ClimateCAP also hosted an immersive 12-month fellowship for 16 MBA students working on applied climate projects in 2025. LEARN MORE.
